Both Dr. Miranda Cannon and Dr. Mark J. Cannon are from Indiana, and moved to Seattle right after graduating from optometry school and getting married in the same month. We’re proud to bring our Midwestern hospitality to the West Coast, and we’re looking forward to meeting you!
Dr. Mark J. Cannon
Optometrist
Dr. Mark J. Cannon was raised in Northwest Indiana, very near Chicago. He attended Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology and Psychology.
Dr. Miranda Cannon
Optometrist
Dr. Miranda Cannon was born and raised in central Indiana, near Indianapolis. She graduated with honors from Indiana University – Purdue University at Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.

A comprehensive assessment of your eye health, your glasses prescription, and testing to update your contact lens Rx.
Glaucoma Evaluation and Management
Our doctor will evaluate you for glaucoma and determine if you need to be treated to avoid vision loss. You will likely be dilated at this appointment.
Medical Eye Exam
Our physicians will evaluate and manage any eye health issues you may have, including contact lens complications, styes, diabetes, retinal problems, cataracts or dry eye.
Eyeglass Exams
Our routine eye exam includes a thorough evaluation of your eye health. We will also determine if you need to get updated glasses, and provide the prescription to do so.

Cannon EyeCare is in network with Premera, Regence, Uniform Medical, HMA, Lifewise, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente’s PPO plans. Your vision insurance carrier may be different than your medical insurance carrier. We do not accept independent vision plans such as VSP, Eyemed, Davis Vision, or Spectera due to unreasonable contractual requirements.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the paperwork in office, or you may print our intake form (below) and fill it out in advance.
