Patients of record with insurance coverage that Cannon EyeCare is in network with should be able to get at least some of their annual supply of contacts covered by insurance.
If you hope to have Cannon EyeCare bill your insurance for the contact lens cost, please start by emailing us at UV@DrCannon.com. Our doctors will then confirm benefits and email you an estimated cost for a year (or 6 month) supply. We will also want to verify the shipping address at this point, for our doctors will be submitting the order for you when billing insurance.
Get your ClRx ready and order contacts online
If you are a patient of record with Cannon EyeCare, we will have your contact lens Rx on file. If you need a copy, just reach out via email to request one.
Having your contact lens prescription handy makes ordering contacts directly from our website a snap. When you place your order through our website, you will have the option to order just a little bit of contacts, or a year supply. Our staff will confirm that the powers (and brand) of contacts you order from Cannon EyeCare match the prescription we have on file.
