Cannon EyeCare’s No-Show policy

A ‘No-Show’ occurs when a patient is scheduled for an appointment and fails to show up, shows up more than 15 minutes after the appointment time, or cancels less than 24 hours in advance.

No-shows are tracked so that we can watch for patterns. Patients who no-show will be asked to pay a $50 no-show fee prior to their next appointment with Cannon EyeCare.

We do our very best to stay on time for our patients. Please do your part by arriving on time with paperwork already completed or show up 10 minutes early to do paperwork.

Cancellations

If you realize that you won’t be able to make your appointment as scheduled, please let us know ASAP by phone (206)522-9323 or you can cancel or reschedule via the MyTime booking app. Our appointments are in high demand and your time slot is valuable. Giving us at least 24 hours notice is ideal so that we have an opportunity to fill the slot. The same time frame is requested for rescheduling.

Late Cancellations

A cancellation or reschedule is considered “late” when the patient or guardian cancels or rebooks an appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
