We strongly encourage you to verify your vision benefits ahead of your appointment. You can either call your insurance company or we can verify your benefits if you email a picture of the front and back of your insurance card to doctor.cannon@SeattleEyeCareDoctor.com

WE DO NOT ACCEPT 3rd party vision plans such as VSP, Eyemed, Davis, or Spectera due to unreasonable contractual requirements. We do, however, have many patients with these insurances. We make it easy for our patients to self-submit Out-Of-Network claims after paying out of pocket on the day of service. A routine glasses exam costs $195. Contact lens fittings are an additional $90-130 in most cases.
